There is a bus arrangement for EuroTeX 2002 & BachoTeX 2002 participants from Holland to Bachotek (and back):

departure NL Saturday, 27 April

departure PL, Friday 3 May

Remarks:

The bus ride is free (thanks to the NTG!!!).
Any additional costs, e.g. at the border, are not included.
The pickup points are fixed, but not the exact locations in each pickup point. Please contact Erik Frambach a/o Volker RW Schaa for more information.
There is a limited number of seats. And: first come, first served!
Registration for the bus is REQUIRED. Please fill in the form on The EuroBachoTeX Bus.
Don't forget to read The EuroBachoTeX Bus Agreement carefully.
On the bus you will have the opportunity to give your contribution to the trip costs, which will be much appreciated.

To reduce costs for bank transfer of the conference fee, DANTE offers:

DANTE will collect monies (in EUR) from its members.
DANTE will do the total transfer.
Please make your transfer to DANTE's usual bank account before 5 April (payment deadline).

Based on a conversion rate of 3,58 PLN/EUR (rounded up) DANTE members will find the following corresponding EUR rates for conference fees:

DANTE members who intend to give a talk or tutorial may contact Volker RW Schaa for a financial support.
