The article evaluates the experience gained from extending NTS. Two simple extensions are mentioned and a more complicated one is studied in more detail. It involves an abstract model of line-breaking and its application to the paragraph-breaking into a fixed orthogonal polygon shape. It shows that extensions of NTS are feasible and discusses the different aspects of making extensions and/or changes.
